  20. Does VxWorks have a C compiler, the basic minimum well-known header
  21. files, a C library, and a make program?  Does it support the UNIX
  22. notion of standard i/o?  If so, then maybe it's just a simple matter
  23. of getting the G-Kermit sources files onto VxWorks and typing "make":
